Come Try Ringette & Equipment Swap
Dear Strathmore Minor Ringette Families,
SMRA will be hosting an upcoming Come Try Ringette on August 23, 2026 1:00- 2:00 PM, at the Strathmore Family Centre. Come Try Ringette introduces participants, parents, and families to the incredible sport of ringette.
The event is open to participants new to the sport, and to current registrants who would like to ‘Bring a Friend’ to the Come Try Ringette.

In coordination with Come Try Ringette SMRA will be hosting an Equipment Swap August 23, 2026 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. With growing players, this is a great time of the season to check your bag, try on gear for fit, and swap for gently used equipment! Questions about required equipment? To support the success of these event, and engagement with our participants, volunteers are needed. In addition to supporting the success of the event, hours count toward Strathmore Minor Ringette Association Volunteer Requirements. Your support is appreciated! Athletes who may be interested in volunteering on-ice at the event, are so appreciated, and their passion for sharing their love of ringette makes a huge impact. We would love to have you come out! The most consistent feedback we receive from Come Try Ringette participants is how meaningful it was to have an athlete role model on the ice supporting them!
